.My name is Michael, I am 9 years old and I live in Alberta, Canada
Even though I barely have any memories from Qarah I still believe
That I am actually from Syria, Qarah. I am in grade 4, and I like to play
Baseball, hockey and sometimes soccer. Blue is my favorite color. I like
To read, my favorite series is Geronimo Stilton and Bone. I read 7 out of 30 Geronimo Stilton books and all of the Bone books. I like to play on my
Wii and my PS2

The way you introduced yourself to us was so lovely, especially when you mentioned your favorite books. Would you please tell us more about Geronimo Stilton's books?
I encourage other children to join us in this topic especially the children who are attending the summer English course. I like also to tell them not to be worried if their English is not perfect, this kind of communication will certainly enhance your language more and more.

Geronimo Stilton is the author and the main character of the series
He is a mouse that goes on lots of adventures
It is fiction that means it is make-believe
When I see a Geronimo Stilton book that I have not read I take it
because it is interesting and fun to read

I think you are lucky because you get 3 months of summer vacation,

I have 2 older brothers I am not lucky enough to have a sister.
Alberta is a wonderful place; it has mountains on the border to
B.C, it is called the Rocky Mountains, I have been there a lot.
Alberta is 3.5 xs as big as Syria (Alberta is 661 185sq.km)
(Syria is 185 179sq.km).
I love to go to Qarah Mountains to see the cherry trees

Hi my name is Rita I'm from Alberta, Canada I am 9 years old and I am in grade 4 like Michael. I'm a friend of Michael. He came to my house at August 17 2007. he knows our family very well. I went to Syria last year it was very fun I truly know that I am Syrian and I am happy to be one. I like animals a lot and I love to play sports at school, play the piano, I read for 5 hours, I like Harry potter movies and books, Baudelaire orphans, I like to dance and sing and act.
